I’m here to guide you through the decisions, take care of the details and make sure nothing gets lost along the way, so you can enjoy the experience as much as the celebration itself.
Full planning
From vision to “I do”
For couples who want to be fully immersed in the experience without having to manage everything behind the scenes, I offer end-to-end planning from the first idea to the final farewell.
I’ll help shape the overall concept and creative direction, source the right venue and suppliers, and bring structure to budgets, timelines and logistics. As the day approaches, I take care of the production and coordination, making sure every element comes together as planned.
My role is to hold the big picture while taking care of the details, giving you the freedom to enjoy the process and be fully present when the day finally arrives.
Day-of-coordination
You celebrate. I’ll handle the rest.
For couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want to hand over the final details to a professional, I step in 4–8 weeks before the celebration to take it from there.
I’ll review the plans, confirm timelines and vendors, and make sure every detail is clear and accounted for. On the day, I’ll oversee the flow of the ceremony and reception, coordinate with everyone involved and handle any unexpected moments that arise.
My role is to make sure everything you’ve worked so hard to plan comes together seamlessly, while you can step back, relax and enjoy the day you created.
